Weekly Programing Breakdown
8.6.18 – 8.12.18
This weeks programming should be a lot of fun. With some classic CrossFit testing pieces, two of them (Monday/Thursday) that are more Alactic/Lactic in nature (high-threshold) and the other “Fight Gone Bad” that is nearly 100% Aerobic in nature.
Being able to test all three energy systems effectively in a group setting is a challenge with our athletes varying levels of skill, so make sure your athletes are choosing the correct loading and even opting for the “lower-skill” workout variations if needed.
After this week we’ll start a new cycle with the Box Squat and Sumo Deadlift.
