Weekly Programing Breakdown
7.9.18 – 7.15.18
This week’s programming is a fun week with some retesting pieces! In fact, we’ll retest Open WOD 18.1 on Friday, which will be the first Open workout of 2018 that we’re retesting.
The balance of work is comparable to past weeks, but this week we’ll certainly challenge people from multiple perspectives in which people can easily feel rundown.
I’d recommend that Athletes that train 4+ days a week take Wednesday as a recovery WOD to account for the “testing” that they’ll see this week and to ensure they’ll be able to put forth their best effort!
