Intent:
Today’s workout splits the challenge between the aerobic capacity of Rowing/running and Strict muscle movement in the same area. Pressing paired together and pulling paired together should blow that muscle group used up. Don’t let Steph down. Be sure to break up the reps before the pump gets to real.
