12 Wall Balls
9 Box Jumps
6 Ring Rows

Push to keep each workout between 12-15 minutes. Short rep schemes should allow for a hard push and unbroken sets for most of the time. If push-ups aren’t your thing, try to sustain a 6/4 or 5/5. Use the Box Jumps as a middle β€œbreathing” period so you can push right through the Wall Balls and Ring Rows.
