Sandwiched between 2 cardio sprints, we are looking for the athletes to move rapidly through the db movements and using the plank holds to recycle their energy and lower their heartrate. DB moves should be unbroken and with such a low rep count, a challenging weight. Since there is NO built in rest, focus on the planks as your rest… a consistent moderate pace should be maintained throughout
