Barbell Club Block 2

Block 2, Training Notes: 

  • All Named conditioning pieces as well as Max Effort Pieces will occur on a 12-16 week basis so make sure your athletes log their results
  • This block will highly focused on olympic lifting variations.
  • Speed work is about moving the barbell efficiently. Don’t sacrifice bar speed for loading
  • You warm-ups are the same each week but feel free to make changes if needed. If you do make changes the intent still needs to remain the same: activating primary movers.
