Framing has started!. The framing of the offices and bathrooms is scheduled to be completed by the end of the week. Electric and plumbing starts Monday! Electrician is scheduled to complete scope of work in 5 days. Plumber in 2 weeks.

Demolition complete! Rough plumbing scheduled to be completed by the end of the week with framing going up next week.
The space looks CRAZY BIG now that everything is out. The picture below is only half the space and the door on the right is 8' high, just for reference....

Demolition complete by the end of the week, garage and front door cut in.

Commence the 6 week construction timeline. If all goes as planned we should be open in June.

May 5, 2016 Plans approved by township. Demo scheduled for next week. Final Layout below.

This was the design before Panera opted not to expand their current restaurant. The addition seen in Version #2 gave us enough space to add an indoor track.
