The CrossFit Open is in full swing and Friday nights may never be the same.  The WODs have not disappointed and the turnout of athletes and fans have helped push everyone to dig a little deeper.  Let’s keep the momentum up, come out and compete, judge or cheer with only three WODs to go!

And great news, we should have all the needed waivers by the end of the month to start demolition on CrossFit Main Line – Wayne! Stay tuned for a demolition workout and party to follow and maybe even a tee/tank to commemorate our jouney ; )

Much more is going on this spring and summer. A new CrossFit Kids season kicks off this March along with a new CrossFit Kids age 4-7 class and our first CrossFit Teens Strength and Conditioning camp in June.

Spring is finally here so get out and enjoy the nice weather and before you know we will all be chatting about the CrossFit Prom and summer beach WODs.

CrossFit Open – Friday Night Lights

Two weeks down and three to go. Friday night lights has been a HUGE success. For the last two weeks nearly 100 Athletes have stopped by to complete the weekly CrossFit Open workout and cheer on their fellow CrossFit Main Line Athletes.
This week will be no different. CrossFit Open WOD 16.3 is scheduled to be announced
Thursday 3.10.16 and we will complete the WOD on Friday 3.11.16 starting at 5:30pm at CrossFit Main Line – Ardmore. Make sure you get there on time the heat lists fill up fast.

CONGRATULATIONS

Congratulations to Coach Ana and Mike Shine for qualifying for the 2016 Pan American Masters Olympic Weightlifting Championship in Puerto Rico. They will both be going to San Juan in June. Ana also qualified for the World Championships in Germany in early October.

A shout out also goes to Steve Parent for placing top 5 in CrossFit Del Val Amateur Hour – his first ever CrossFit competition!

St. Patricks Day Green Beer and Burpees

Bring in a friend and join us Thursday, March 17th as we celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with the benchmark WOD “Lucky Charms”. Top honors on the day gets a free four leaf clover tattoo, courtesy of ‘Sharpie’ and a green beer to wash it all down.

CrossFit Kids Ages 4-7
Who: Kids, age 4 – 7
When: 6 weeks, 4.2.16 – 5.7.16
Saturday 8:00 – 8:45am
Cost: $75

CrossFit PreTeens Spring Session
Who: PreTeens, age 10 – 12
When: 8 weeks, 3.29.16 – 5.19.16
Tuesday & Thursday 4:30 – 5:30pm
Cost: x1 week $135; x2 week $200

CrossFit Teens Spring Session
Who: Teens, age 13 – 17
When: 8 weeks, 3.30.16 – 5.23.16
Monday 5:40PM; Wednesday 4:30 and 5:40pm

On-Ramp Classes
Ever have someone tell you they want to try CrossFit but they don’t know how to start? Let them know that we are now holding On-Ramp classes twice monthly on Saturdays to teach the foundational movements of CrossFit.
