You have the option today to complete one of the two Hero WODs below. Many of us complete “Murph” on Saturday morning as part of the ’24 in 24′ event. The addition of Hero WOD “Wood”, allows us all to commemorate this day together.

10 Sumo-Deadlift High-Pull. 95#
10 Thrusters, 95#
