I would highly recommend CrossFit Main Line Wayne to anyone – from an experienced CrossFit enthusiast to someone just starting out their fitness journey. The workouts are fun, challenging, and always adaptable by the incredibly knowledgeable coaches. CFML also boasts a clean facility and convenient location at Gateway shopping center. I’ve been going to CrossFit Main Line at the Ardmore location for about a year now. I’ve been at 4 different crossfit gyms across Seattle and Philadelphia and this is the best one I’ve ever attended. It has a diverse staff of coaches and a great community. It offers classes for adults and also for my kids.

I stumble across this place while I was on my way to Trader Joe’s. And I am glad I did! I met coach Michelle and have been coming for three weeks now. I am loving it, it’s a new change to my cross training. CrossFit is super new to me and I learn something new every time I go. I find it a bit intimidating but I love a good challenge. The facility is clean and inviting I really like it a lot. Both coaches Michelle and Jenna are fantastic. They will help guide you through the workouts and demonstrate all workouts before hand. Highly recommend them and this place!

As is typical of my New Year’s resolutions, I decided in January I was going to start going to the gym. I assumed that like in previous years, I would be done going to the gym and back to my old habits within a month. So I join mainline CrossFit without much hope for it. 11 months later, I am hooked. It has changed my life not just physically, but mentally as well. And I think that all goes to the coaches and the other athletes. Everyone is so supportive, and scales things to your needs. I’ve felt part of a team from day one. So if you’re like me, and always intended to go to a gym, but never quite did so, give this a try. You won’t regret it.

Signing up for this gym is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The coaches are spectacular!! They are very attentive and make sure we’re in proper form and lifting the right amount of weight. The community is also super encouraging and friendly! I came to this gym with zero CrossFit experience and never felt intimidated or uncomfortable during any of the workouts. I signed up for the Noon class with Michelle yesterday and couldn’t have been more impressed with how warm and welcoming Michelle was along with the members. The facility was very clean and organized. The workout was challenging but scalable for everyone based off your fitness level. I will definitely be back!!
