Deadlift

CONDITIONING:

5 Rounds
12 DB Deadlifts
9 DB Front Squats
12 DB Snatches

WHITEBOARD BRIEF

Rounds should take somewhere between 1:00 – 1:30.  Choose a slamball weight that you can complete all 10 reps without stopping.  Push intensity on every single round since you will have plenty of rest.
