Olga Leigh

Congrats to Olga Leigh on October Athlete of the month. As a mainstay CrossFitter at CFML-Ardmore, Olga has attended almost every class time. Always showing up with a great attitude, willing to work hard and cheer others on along the way.

  1. Favorite breakfast cereal growing up?
    No cereal but baguette or croissant
  2. You just won free plane tickets! Where do you go and why?
    Of course an around the world ticket? If not, would go to India or South Africa
  3. What class to you usually take at CFML?
    Every class time, it depends on my schedule
  4. What’s your favorite workout of all time?
    I like a few squat, swings and getting to like the cleans
  5. Where did you go to school and what did you study?
    Few places to learn language and business
  6. What was the last PR that you hit? What do you want the next one to be?
    Back squat 115 – 125
  7. What are 3 songs that you enjoy listening to while you drive?
    Any Prince song
  8. Who is the one historical figure that you’d like to meet.
    Cleopatra
  9. What’s your favorite color?
    Red

CrossFit Main Line – Wayne

Elise Mignone

Congrats to Elise Mignone on October Athlete of the month. As one of our local High School Athletes, You’ll find Elise the most days of the week at the afternoon classes at CFML-Wayne. Elise always shows up ready to learn and give whatever metcon her best effort.

  1. Favorite breakfast cereal?
    Trader Joes has some really great granola cereal, but normally I don’t have time in the mornings to make cereal before school L.
  2. You just won free plane tickets! Where do you go and why?
    Australia! My parents would never do that trip,but I’d really like to go swimming and hiking in the parks and see a wild koala (that’s my favorite animal).
  3. What class to you usually take at CFML?
    4:30 or 5:30 during the school year, but in the summer I like to go in the morning.
  4. What’s your favorite workout of all time?
    Cindy, but I also like any workout that has a lot of different movements in it.
  5. Where do you want to go to college and what do you want to study?
    Right now I’m looking at a bunch of schools, but I would really like to get into Georgia Tech. Wherever I go, I want to major in chemical engineering, I love everything about it!
  6. What was the last PR that you hit? What do you want the next one to be?
    My last PR was in back squat a few weeks ago; I hope the next one is in deadlift; I’m really close to 200 lbs.!
  7. What are 3 songs that you enjoy listening to while you drive?
    Should I Stay or Should I Go- The Clash, Feel It Still- Portugal. The Man, Pray For Me- Weekend, But by next week it will probably be different!
  8. Who is the one historical figure that you’d like to meet.
    Albert Einstein, sometimes I think he may be the only person who can actually help me with my calculus homework.
  9. What’s your favorite color?
    Dark/ Hunter green.
